Garam masala is a blend of ground spices, originating from South Asia, common in Indian, Pakistani, Nepalese,Bangladeshi, and Afghan cuisines. It is used alone or with other seasonings. Our Garam Masala mixture consists of groundspices and nuts. A blend of Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Cloves, Mustard, Pepper,Cardamoms, Star Anise, Bay Leaf, Mace, Nutmeg and Chillies gives a differentflavour to the dish.
